§ 4.2. Elector Qualifications

In order to vote in any election, an elector must meet the qualifications set forth in the Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965, Section 31-10-201, C.R.S., as now existing or hereafter amended or modified, except as otherwise provided in this Charter or by ordinance.
