§ 5.8. Order on Ballot

If there is more than one (1) ordinance concerning the same subject to be voted on at the same election, an initiated ordinance under Section 5.1 or a referred ordinance under Section 5.2 shall have priority on the ballot over any ordinance submitted by the Council under Section 5.6. If more than one (1) ordinance under Section 5.1 or Section 5.2 is submitted concerning the same subject, priority on the ballot shall be determined on the basis of the date on which the final determination of sufficiency was made on the petition for the ordinance.
