§ 4.6. Election Precincts

The Town shall consist of at least one election precinct, provided that the Council may, for the convenience of voters, establish additional precincts ninety (90) days or more prior to any election. Any precincts so established shall remain for subsequent elections until otherwise provided by ordinance.
