§ 4.7. Procedures for Election

Latest version.

The establishment of regulations on voter registration, election judges, petitions, and the conducting of elections shall be governed by the Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965, Title 31, Articles 10-11, as now existing, or hereafter amended or modified, except as otherwise provided in this Charter, or by ordinance.
