§ 9.15. Municipal Taxation

Latest version.

The Council may adopt by ordinance municipal taxes as long as those taxes comply with the following conditions:

A)

Such taxes are subject to any applicable limitations in the Colorado Constitution, including any requirements for voter approval; and

B)

Such taxes are not prohibited for home rule municipalities by the Colorado Constitution.
