§ 9.16. Enterprise Funds

A)

The Council may adopt ordinances providing for the establishment, operation, requirements and limitations of any enterprise deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.

B)

Within this section, the term "enterprise" shall be given the same meaning as provided in Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution.
